Luxury Atelier by Presstour is the boutique division of the Presstour Group, a Spanish travel agency operating since 1997. We craft tailor-made journeys with a boutique, personal and consultative approach.
Each client has a specialist who coordinates the design and management of their journey from start to finish, providing real knowledge of the destination and working hand in hand with our local correspondents in each place.
We operate from Calle de Ayala 83 in Madrid, serving in Spanish, English, French, Italian and German. We're a small team that designs each itinerary from scratch.
How we work
We are not a catalog of destinations. We are a small team that designs each itinerary from scratch. These are the four rules that are followed on all journeys leaving this office.
Whoever picks up the phone the first time is who is there the day you land. No call center, no transfers, without having to repeat your story twice. The same person listens to the brief, negotiates with the hotels, writes the proposal and responds at three in the morning if necessary.
We are preferred partners of Aman, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Belmond, Como, Six Senses, LHW, Mandarin Oriental and Ritz-Carlton. Without wholesalers in between: the rates are the same as those on the official website and the amenities are those that only preferred partners obtain.

No vendemos safaris a lodges que no respetan la wildlife, ni we hire guías sin licencia, ni servimos hoteles cuya sostenibilidad no podamos demostrar. We work with proveedores que cumplen with the normativa local y priorizamos lodges y hoteles con impacto positivo real in the comunidad. No es marketing verde: es criterio operativo.
Our history
Presstour was founded in 1997 as a pioneer travel agency and reference in incentive journeys. Natural evolution has led us to specialise in each of the travel segments, always with the same focus on excellence — not as a goal, but as part of the journey.
Luxury Atelier by Presstour was born as the boutique division of the group: a small team, senior specialists with first-hand knowledge of the destinations, and a clear promise — each journey designed from scratch, without a catalog, without wholesalers, without a repeat manager. The structure continues to be supported by the Presstour group, with an annual audit, CICMA guarantee from the Community of Madrid and full compliance with the Package Travel Law.
Today, more than 60% of our clients come through the recommendation of another client. It is the indicator that we look at the most.

We craft each journey with social, environmental and economic balance as a principle. We measure, reduce and offset the impact of our operations — from the choice of suppliers to the relationship with the local communities we visit.
We measure the CO₂ emissions of each journey and work with annual reduction and compensation goals.

We collabourate with suppliers that guarantee responsible management and recycling of the waste generated on each journey.
