At Viajes Presstour España S.A. we process personal data with the utmost respect, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD).

2. Purpose of processing

We process the personal data you provide for the following purposes:

  • To handle your travel-proposal request and prepare a tailor-made quote.
  • Manage the contractual relationship if you decide to book one of our services.
  • Send you commercial communications about our journeys and guides, only if you have expressly consented (newsletter).
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection).

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • The data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you accept the policy by filling in the form or subscribing to the newsletter.
  • Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you book a journey with us.
  • Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) for compliance with tax and package-travel regulations.

4. Retention periods

Your data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and the applicable legal periods (5 years for tax data under art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code). If you subscribe to the newsletter, we will keep your data until you request unsubscription.

5. Recipients of the data

Your data will not be shared with third parties, except:

  • To hotels, airlines, transfer providers and local operators necessary to deliver the contracted trip.
  • To public authorities where required by law.
  • To technology providers acting as data processors (Formspree for the form, Google Analytics for web analytics — with anonymised IP).

6. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access: find out what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to the processing.
  • Restriction: request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, readable format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without retroactive effect.

To exercise these rights, write to us at luxury.atelier@presstour.es stating your request and enclosing a copy of your ID document or equivalent. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security measures

Viajes Presstour España S.A. has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of personal data and prevent its loss, alteration or unauthorised access, in accordance with art. 32 GDPR.
