Aman
Luxury understood as silence
Aman was born in 1988 in Phuket (Thailand) with the opening of Amanpuri and revolutionised the concept of the luxury hotel: few rooms, maximum integration with the surroundings, discreet service and architecture that respects the local culture. Today it operates 35 properties in some of the most extraordinary places on the planet.
Each Aman is designed like a temple to the place where it stands. The philosophy is "a place of silence" — spaces where luxury is measured by calm, not by ostentation. No phones in the rooms, no visible screens, no noisy uniforms.
