Departure on an international flight bound for Kilimanjaro. The night unfolds aboard while one of those journeys begins that promise immense landscapes, open skies and a different way of looking at nature.
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport with meet & greet on arrival. After entry formalities, your local team will welcome you for the private transfer to Arusha, the natural gateway to the great northern parks.
Legendary Lodge ArushaAfter breakfast, departure in a private 4x4 vehicle toward Tarangire National Park. The road crosses rural landscapes, small villages and savanna areas that announce your entry into one of northern Tanzania's most singular parks. Tarangire is a land of baobabs, seasonal riverbeds and great herds of elephants.
Chem Chem LodgeThe day begins early, when the savanna wakes and the animals move in the fresh morning light. You will set out on a private safari with your guide, following tracks, interpreting sounds and seeking scenes of wild life around the Tarangire river.
Departure to Lake Manyara, a different kind of park, wetter and greener, sitting at the foot of the Rift Valley escarpment. Here the landscape combines groundwater forest, lake shores, waterbirds, primates and, in certain areas, the chance to see tree-climbing lions in the acacias. After the safari and lunch, continuation to the Ngorongoro highlands.
andBeyond Ngorongoro Crater LodgeToday you will experience one of the great moments of the trip. An early descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, a volcanic caldera of colossal proportions that hosts an exceptional concentration of wildlife. The safari unfolds between meadows, wetlands, forests and lagoons, with the chance to see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, flamingos and, with luck, black rhino.
Departure to the Serengeti crossing open landscapes, Maasai lands and ever-widening horizons. The overland journey is part of the experience: the savanna keeps unfolding until the name Serengeti, which evokes endless plains, makes sense before your eyes. Along the route you can make scenic stops and a game drive in transit up to the lodge.
Singita Sabora Tented CampFull day dedicated to the Serengeti as a private safari. The tour adapts to the season, wildlife movement and the guide's recommendations, seeking the best areas to observe cats, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, hippos and great herds of herbivores.
A day designed for one of the most memorable moments of the trip: a hot-air balloon flight at dawn over the Serengeti, subject to weather conditions and availability. Watching the savanna wake up from the air, with the animals moving beneath the basket and the sun appearing on the horizon, is one of the great rituals of safari.
A final safari at dawn before transfer to the airstrip. Light-aircraft flight over the savanna to Arusha and connection to Zanzibar. The change of scenery is complete: the golden earth gives way to the blue of the Indian Ocean, the coconut palms and the warm island air. On arrival, private transfer to the hotel and the rest of the afternoon free to relax by the sea.
Bawe Island ZanzibarA day to discover Zanzibar's most cultural side in a private service. The visit to Stone Town takes you through a labyrinth of narrow streets, carved doors, markets, old merchants' houses and corners where African, Arab, Indian and European influences meet.
A day at sea as a private experience, combining Prison Island and the Nakupenda sandbank, subject to tides and sea conditions. The excursion takes you into transparent waters, white sand in the middle of the ocean and time to swim or snorkel. A seafood barbecue lunch, with freshly caught fish and shellfish, rounds off a relaxed and luminous day.
Free day to enjoy the hotel, the sea and the island's slow pace. After the safaris and explorations, this day is designed for rest with no agenda: late breakfast, spa, reading facing the ocean, paddleboarding, snorkelling or simply the pleasure of doing nothing.
